As longer term business travelers, we loved the fresh baked croissants at breakfast and the cooking lesson with the chef. the original monastery's historic sections and adjacent chapel were a beautiful touch. the Michelin star quality restaurant had an incredible tasting menu. the hotel itself is stunning with carefully thought-out decor. Béatrice et Jean-Paul were exceptional hosts, accommodating our every need. the dining on the terrace was divine and the cuisine was definitely Michelin star. the swimming pool was a good size and the spa area was very nice. the beds were very comfy and the rooms were large.
Felt at home, no complaints whatsoever.

Loved the charming and intimate atmosphere of the hotel, nestled in its beautiful surroundings! The stunning location made for a perfect city break, and we enjoyed exploring the area. The breakfast was amazing, with an extensive menu to suit everyone's taste buds. In addition, the dining on the terrace was the highlight of our stay.
The breakfast was not included in the rate, as this unexpected expense increased the overall cost of our stay. Additionally, we felt that the staff could have been more welcoming and friendly towards us during our stay. However, overall, the hotel was a wonderful place to stay for a unique and unforgettable city trip!

The hotel has a good-sized swimming pool, and the spa area is very nice. the bedrooms of the hotel are spacious and come with comfy beds and quality linen. Guests can enjoy an excellent breakfast. the hotel also boasts stunning architecture and has a great location, with an interesting cooperative just around the corner.
The hotel has a poor service record, with creaky wooden floors in some of the bedrooms. On Wednesdays, the hotel locks up everything from 7:00 pm, providing no food and drinks.

Celebrating the new year was a blast at this hotel! The breakfast was so delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect for sightseeing and there were tons of great restaurants nearby. The views from the hotel were breathtaking and I enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from my room.
The lack of communication from the staff was a big downside. We had a small issue with our room and it took a while to get it resolved.

However, I still had an excellent massage from Sophie. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the quality of the linen was top-notch. The bedrooms were also spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was superb, with the highlight being the fresh baked croissants made by the chef's daughter, who is a certified baker. The cooking lesson with the chef/hotel director was a unique experience and the restaurant had an incredible tasting menu that definitely felt Michelin star-worthy. The building itself was stunning, with careful attention to positioning and decor. The hosts, Béatrice and Jean-Paul, were exceptional and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Dining on the terrace was divine and the cuisine was mind-blowing. we had a fantastic whirlwind stay and can't wait to visit again.
